The Rex Real Estate Team of Keller Williams Realty grew from the vision of its founding member Jimmy Rex. As Jimmy’s business grew he tapped his brother, Dale Rex to help him meet the needs of his growing clientele. Chris Francis was hired to handle all the administration of a high-producing real estate team. The team continues to expand and most recently hired Alex Hansen and Sean McNaughton as a buyer’s agents.
The Rex Real Estate Team has a reputation for results and exceptional service. The team has been recognized by its local Keller Williams Brokerage as its highest selling team. The team has also been recognized by the Keller Williams Utah Region as the highest recruiting team in all of Utah. In 2014 the Salt Lake Board of Realtors recognized The Rex Real Estate Team as the Board’s Medium Sales Team of the Year. In 2015 the Salt Lake Board of Realtors recoginzed Jimmy with the Good Neighbor Award for his charitable contributions to the area.
The Rex Real Estate Team has a history of high production with sales volume growing each year. In 2014 a national industry publication, RealTrends.com, ranked The Rex Real Estate Team as second in the state of Utah in total transactions with 192 homes sold. Since 2005 the team has sold more than 1000 homes.
The Rex Real Estate Team shows its appreciation to its clients in a unique way. Each year the team organizes several events recognizing the value of its customers. In the Spring – an Easter Egg Hunt. In the Summer – a spectacular fireworks show. In the Fall – a halloween event with costumes, pumpkins, hay rides and much more. Often the team rents a movie theater for special premier showings of new movies before they are released to the public.
